Liked: The staff were amazing!!!! Super great to my kids and overall extremely accommodating.
Disliked: There is no hot tub and the pool is a little small and the water was a little cold.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast was much better than I'd expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was really good for attending the convention centre. I'd stay there again!
Disliked: Couldn't sleep properly - bed was *very* firm, pillows could have been a bit softer
