Overall really good, especially the complimentary morning breakfast.

Liked: Very new updated facility; loved the outlets where we could charge our phones; also the barn door bathroom door.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that there were not any make-up remover cloths available, even at the front desk. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Red Deer in July this year and they had them. I purposely didn't bring my own as they are usually provided.

The bathroom was huge compared to many hotels we have stayed in and the continental breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Liked: Breakfast was simple but had plenty of options and everything was cooked well. Our room was pretty quiet, we couldnt hear our neighbors at all. Very clean
Disliked: The pool was incredibly over chlorinated. Walking into the building you can smell the chlorine. We tired to go swimming the first night but only lasted around 30 minutes because it got hard to breathe and our eyes hurt. Not sure if we went on cleaning day or what the issue was, but it was so bad it bleached our swim clothes.

Disliked: I was booked by mistake two rooms for me, but I talked with Manager Ismael he did not give me my money back. He was talked with me really bad and also the receptionist She did not help me with this problem.

Liked: First off Sandra is possibly THE most accommodating person I have met in my travels. Professional, goes above and beyond and is an amazing resource for services in the area. Bed was comfy, room was excellent. This is our 4 th visit I believe and will be back. That's the best compliment.

Liked: Only good thing was that the second room we were moved into was nice, clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: First we asked to be in a No pet room when we booked and then when we arrived within 30 mins of being in the room I had a reaction and called down and sure enough we were in a Pet room. We also booked mainly because of the pool but I couldn't even use it because it was under construction and the access to the shallow end and with the proper railed entry was closed off? Like totally unsafe if you asked me as now there was only 1 entry and exit to the pool and it was in the deep end. Also all windows were boarded up and it was VERY dark in there. Also NOT happy that online it states Fresh Fruit Salad but there was none when we were there and when we asked about it they said that's only offered every other day. And worst of all they are flying an American Flag outside but not a Canadian WHY is that?
