Overall really good, especially the complimentary morning breakfast.
Liked: Very new updated facility; loved the outlets where we could charge our phones; also the barn door bathroom door.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that there were not any make-up remover cloths available, even at the front desk. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Red Deer in July this year and they had them. I purposely didn't bring my own as they are usually provided.

The bathroom was huge compared to many hotels we have stayed in and the continental breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!
Liked: Everything was very clean and well maintained!

Disliked: Boxed breakfast was the same each day. Not very good. Needs to be changed.

We would book again if...
Liked: Room was clean and in good condition. Missed having real drink glasses but understand with Covid protocols. Ordered food via Skip the Dishes as all restaurants closed in Alberta due to Covid restrictions. We are from Hicksville, so didn't think to order plates and additional cutlery for eating.

Overall, stay was very good...
Liked: Beds were great. Slept well. Quiet. Safe. Breakfast was good, better than your continental breakfast. Would recommend staying here.
Disliked: All upfront costs and taxes should have been stated when booking through booking.com. There was an additional 9% taxes after booking. Would rather know total costs when booking than being surprised. Not fault of hotel, is with booking.com.
