Overall really good, especially the complimentary morning breakfast.

Liked: Very new updated facility; loved the outlets where we could charge our phones; also the barn door bathroom door.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that there were not any make-up remover cloths available, even at the front desk. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Red Deer in July this year and they had them. I purposely didn't bring my own as they are usually provided.

The bathroom was huge compared to many hotels we have stayed in and the continental breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Liked: Good hotel. Wish we would have known there was construction happening with the pool, still open, just renos going on.
Disliked: The sliding doors in bedroom on bathroom door still left space to see in and out of the bathroom, wasn't a fan of these doors.

Liked: loved the overall service, cleanliness of the room and comfort
Disliked: wasnt informed in advance or at time of booking that the swimming pool wasnt available. however they arranged for the pool in the hotel next door to be used however i felt the timing to use the pool wasnt convenient

Liked: front desk agent professional, knowledgeable. Room had usb ports all over for charging our devices.
Disliked: older hotel, bathroom counters worn, tiny tub, TV didn't offer modern capabilities.
