Not a happy time for...

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and the location was convenient for us.There was fresh water and coffee in the lobby regularly.
Disliked: We were at this hotel since it was convenient for attending a family funeral.The first 2 nights we had very noisy neighbours on the fourth floor and told the staff at the front desk the next day who seemed to think it was a normal occurrence and there was nothing she could or would do about it. The third night with different noisy neighbours, we actually went to the front desk since our room phone never did work. She came up to our floor with us as we stepped into an elevator that had puke all over the floor which she knew about - she did not apologize for it and seemed to imply it was an occurrence to be expected after people were out drinking - we did not appreciate seeing it or hearing her explanation as we all took the other elevator.We did not find the staff very friendly - rarely was there greetings/smiles/acknowledgements as you entered or left at any time of the day.
