Liked: The beds were great! The gym was good, and breakfast was fabulous.
Disliked: The fridge didn't work, I asked to have it looked at 3 times with no follow through. The pool was grimey. The tiles need to be scrubbed. There were alot of people living there, it makes the hotel experience much different then a vacation feel.

Liked: No time for breakfast. Your bed mattresses top notch. I habe never had a better sleep at any other facility. Just send me one of those mattresses and I will be yours for life. Lol
Disliked: Handicap bath could have been a little better. The grab bars for the toilet could be better situated for handcaped. It seems like the designers of these baths do not bother ssking mobile handicaped about the design. For example, a grab bar on the wall directly behind the toilet seat is rarely helpfull.

Disliked: The shower in my room was not working properly. This made it difficult to get ready in the morning.
