Poor

It was good.

Liked: I like the hotel it was clean and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The beds were so squeaky and the pull out wasn’t made up as we were told.

I will not be staying...

Liked: The location was great. I like how they offered free coffee 24/7.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t good. Upon check in I was given a room on the 5th floor which I was happy about however the receptionist decided to “upgrade” my room into a bigger room. Yes, indeed it was a bigger room. I loved how big the room was. I found myself disappointed once settled into my new room. There was blood on the bathroom door, the windows were dirty, the bed was so loud and very squeaky. My pillow sheets looked like they weren’t changed I saw yellow stains on my pillow sheets. My partner and I wanted to try sleeping on the pull out bed due to the bed being too loud. The pull out bed sheets weren’t even clean. I was very disappointed. Once checked out.. I was offered a gift card instead of a discount price. I will not be staying here again.

Staff were really nice, but...

Liked: The room was clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The hotel is showing it's age. Gaps in the main door frame large enough to light up the room, and blinds don't darken the room. Bathroom vent loud enough to think we were sleeping beside a furnace. Room was always cold no matter how much we put up the heat.

So wonderful it felt like...

Liked: The whole experience from check-in to check-out. Very clean. Staff was friendly and one lady at breakfast was exceptional - she took the time to greet us each morning and spoke with my granddaughter.
Disliked: Loved it all!!
