Liked: room was excellent size, booked for 5. breakfast was the usual fair all other motels set up.
Disliked: Since I booked for 5, we had two queens and a pull out couch. "UNFORTUNATELY" the pull out couch was broken and could not be used as it was meant to be. I brought this to the attention of the front desk in the morning and all I was told was that I should have called (over and over again) for a cot, well it was 11 pm and I thought it was a little too late. I told front desk that I booked and paid for 5 people so the accommodations should have been ready, at which time I was told I was complaining too much and the person was almost in tears. I left it as is and said have a good day and we departed.

Overall it was okay but...

Liked: Easy to access. Fairly nice facility overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The shower had very little pressure and was down to a trickle at some points. No hand towels in the room. The fridge was noisy. the key cards for the room door only worked intermittently.

Liked: Hotel was close to everything. Staff was exceptional

Liked: The room was very spacious; extremely larger than any hotel room I've ever stayed in. The food was excellent and the hospitality was great.. Our stay was very comfortable; would definitely recommend.
Disliked: N/A - There was nothing we wouldn't recommend. We were very pleased with everything. Hope to stay again on our next trip to Barrie. The floor was very peaceful; walls were not thin, could not hear others.

Disliked: Poor quality breakfast- unorganised 50 minutes for food to be replenished- supply and demand no in action - staff commenting Well I’m not the chef- loud and obnoxious no need - letting this hotel down- food also poor quality - would never return - and wouldn’t recommend to anyone- complaint will be submitted

Liked: Clean, easy to access, nice rooms.
Disliked: I was given contradicting information and was told we could pay for room in advance, then when my husband showed up to pay for room in advance he was told he could not do it. People were nice, just very frustrating.

Liked: The comfort. The staff was amazing.
Disliked: The high price I normally pay 1-2 thirds what I paid for the night. Which is pretty difficult when you're having to go for medical reasons.
