It was ok.

Liked: Fairly clean. No major issues.
Disliked: Mattresses worn out. Moldy shower.

Loud neighbors and loud music...

Liked: kind staff, lovely main areas
Disliked: There is a restaurant in the parking lot that played loud music that could be heard in our room until they closed at 1am, had we known prior to bedtime we would have moved rooms. Unfortunately a large group threw a loud party in to the night next door and kept us awake past midnight, we purposely picked an area where we could relax and be well rested yet our family left exhausted

A great place to stay...

Liked: I like that the hotel is close to so many restaurants and the mall. It was also very close to a lot of activities and to downtown. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good each day that went. My son enjoyed the pool and he was glad that it was heated. My over stay was very enjoyable!!! I have to say Dawn the front desk host was AMAZING!!!!! She was friendly, kind and pleasant everyday that we saw her. I was sad that she wasn’t there the day we left she really deserves some recognition for her outstanding customer service!!! We will definitely stay at this property again.
Disliked: The only downside to my stay is that we had some very loud people in the room next to us.
