The room was awesome. Should you find additional charges when you check out.....you need to pay attention to your bill. The staff was great, hotel was beyond clean and customer service impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Close to First Niagara Stadium, Anchor Bar and other venues.

Liked: Very clean and spacious room. Hot tub and pool were great.
Disliked: They charge an extra $20 for parking a day which is nuts. That seems excessive when they have an actual parking lot for the hotel.

Liked: Dasia, Felicia, and Emily gave me exemplary customer service. They may have just been doing their job. However, for me it felt like they were going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
Disliked: The cold, dreary, and wet weather of Buffalo.

Disliked: Non broken toiliet seat Non working refrig, Check in terrible room not available till almost 4 when and that was after question why as a check in is supposed to be by 3 and we had places to be.

Liked: The staff we interacted with were very kind, breakfast was good and the cleaning staff was wonderful. There was a missed used coffee pod in the room's coffee maker, but other than that it was pretty clean. There was only one option for coffee creamer but they had half and half and lots of different tea. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and my daughter couldn't get enough of the waffles! It was a wonderful stay in a great location and the security features throughout were a nice touch.
