Liked: Excellent location, attention and cleanliness. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: Limited parking.

Hot, disappointed and ready to...

Liked: The outside and lobby was pretty and clean
Disliked: Once inside room, it was not what I expected. Wall paper coming off the wall in the bathroom, vent fan did not work. When we walked into the room the Air conditioner said it was 69. It couldn’t have been because it was hot in there so we sweated all night. It never cooled off. The furniture was well worn and it just needs replaced. If the room reflected the lobby it would be great. Pool was dirty. Bugs floating and the bottom had sand all in it. Needed a good cleaning. We wouldn’t swim in it. Very disappointed. It was however in a great location.

Worth the drive.

Liked: Breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful. Parking was free. Located 1 block from bishops museum where I was going. 2 blocks from a nice little cafe for breakfast or lunch and a few pizza spots as well as an ice cream shoppe. Beds were comfortable enough. I’ve had better but they were sufficient. Pillows were a bit thin but there were plenty of them.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. I enjoyed my stay

A vintage old property, well-maintained...

Liked: Staff and parking was great. Decent breakfast and the nearby bars and restaurants are on the same street. It’s nice to be able to walk to those spots instead of driving.
Disliked: The hot water sometimes took awhile to get hot.

Historic hotel that meets need

Liked: Location is 2 blocks to downtown Main Street, free parking, 3 blocks to Riverwalk, AC worked well, desk clerks were super friendly.
Disliked: The pool was small and got shaded early in the day.
