We had a great visit,...

Liked: It was clean and a great location, the boys loved the pool. There was plenty of space to eat or spend time with friends in common areas.

Very pleasant stay

Liked: Good location, close to restaurants, stores and just a short distance from Tweetsie Railroad for a day out with Thomas. The rooms were clean, they cleaned my room the second day as requested, breakfast was good, staff very friendly and my entire day was pleasant. Absolutely no complaints
Disliked: Nothing really, the water pressure in the shower on the 5th floor was low but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: The breakfast had a good assortment of things to eat and was well maintained
Disliked: The shampoo container in the shower was empty but we had our own shampoo so it was no problem

Very pleasant and calming place...

Liked: The welcome bag with water & cookies was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast served from 6am-10am was wonderful, clean, delicious & lovely! It was a very calming and pleasant stay. I will come back! Thank you!
