Staff was wonderful - went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! Room clean and comfortable. It was great! We always love staying at Hampton Inn. Best customer service and great rooms.

Disliked: We couldn't stay longer.

Immaculate and well-appointed with friendly...

Liked: The hotel was excellent is all respects. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating when we had several requests. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the grounds because we traveled with 2 dogs and it was very easy to walk them on the property.

Disliked: The mini fridge was noisy I wish they would offer other breakfast meat options besides pork.

Superb

Liked: Very friendly staff, very clean, breakfast was good and fully stocked.
Disliked: I love this hotel and most definitely will be back. The only frustrating part was one elevator was out of order which caused long wait times at times. Overall that would not deter me from coming back. I think I have found my go to hotel when I come home to visit family. Thank you for a amazing visit!

Overcharged and Underdelivered

Liked: Location is the upside for this hotel.
Disliked: Got charged $50 more than what I was given in my confirmation. Only 1 elevator worked, and it only half worked. Hotel was not up to your typical standards for a Hampton Inn or any other hotel on 280.

Exceptional

Liked: The property looks to be newly renovated and is very clean. The staff encountered (Barbara) was an absolute joy! I could not have asked for anything more (than maybe breakfast lasting a tad longer on the weekend)!!!I will surely stay here again when in this area!
Disliked: This may sound funny, but the toilets could be taller; they are quite low to the ground. This property is first-class!!
