Cancelled stay

Disliked: Notice sent that masks would be required in public spaces. I refuse to stay any where that draconian scare tactics are used again. Cancelled the booking on that basis

Disappointing

Liked: Close to highway
Disliked: The lamp was broken. There was dirty toilet paper in the bathroom when we signed in. No soap, just overall wasn’t clean. Said the bill was 170 and added an additional 75 which was unknown to us

Surprising and Perfect

Liked: It was tightly tucked away next to Sams Club and wasn't crazy about this BUT Bill I think his name was at the front desk was just truly the best gracious funny and so accommdating. My father has trouble walking and he switched our room to one that was available right next to the elevator so he would not have to walk very far at all - and gave water for us to take to our room. The hotel itself is not large and the interior felt surprisingly boutique-ish and comfortable - was so clean and the room was up to date, clean and really just perfect.

Bed &!pillow were great! Slept...

Liked: Hotels need to check the filter for the Heating/AC units. Tired of having to check & clean them myself.
Disliked: The was a noxious oder in the area around the hotel. Really unpleasant. Not sure of the source.

Pool

Liked: Very nice comfy.
Disliked: PoolWater Was way too cold ! It was both cold in and out of the pool.

All good!

Liked: Front desk staff was excellent. Very professional and friendly. Breakfast was varied and delicious.
Disliked: Price a little high for one night.
