Nice reception, poor rooms

Liked: Was good. The area is clean and nice
Disliked: The mattresses are old, soggy and low in the center. Chairs in the room had holes and broken legs. Bathtub was unclean and the water takes too long to drain to the point you have to stop the shower.

Liked: The hotel is very clean and well run. From the front desk workers to the breakfast people, every one was well trained and personable. Great staff.
Disliked: All was good.

Some Hiltonproperties are better than...

Liked: Location was very good but hot food was just slightly warm and tasteless.
Disliked: Food at 8:30 was barely warm and looked like it had been sitting there a while.
