Complete.

Inconvenience the entire stay due...

Disliked: The fact that we were locked out of our room more than 5 times due to the keys not working, directly after checking in we had to go back to the front desk to have the keys reset not once but twice, then had to call down to have them bring up a new set because that would’ve been a third time getting new keys and having to go back down from the 5th floor, not only that every single time we left the property we would return to our room only to not be able to get in one because again got uets weren’t working, plus my daughter had to go to the lobby to use the restroom after rushing up to the room to only be locked of out yet again..So frustrating and uncomfortable with the situation overall. Another thing was not one amenity other than the Wi-Fi code was explained to us, importantly requesting housekeeping before 8am the next day and we were expecting to have the suite cleaned or at least fresh towels w/out having to request them which was another inconvenience after a long day after laying a loved one to rest these issues didn’t not help only inconvenienced us the entire stay… The red headed older clerk was rude with a smart sassy mouth trying to over talk us and dismiss any issue before even allowing us say pretty much anything( great customer service skills were clearly not there at all). The inconvenience of it all is the reason for this review..
