I would definitely stay here...

Liked: All that I mentioned above.Also, the complementary breakfast buffet was fine.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was fairly loud.Also, it is difficult to navigate the TV channels without a physical or video guide (selecting “guide” on the remote did not work).

Dump and booking.com useless

Disliked: This property is a DUMP. I booked a 2 night stay, and couldn’t stomach staying the next night and had to book another hotel. Stains on the sheets and walls, hairs everywhere also on the walls, and damage done to all the furniture and doors. The halls were dirty, a strong musty smell, and a bunch of standing water under the ice machine with a wet sign sign up but no one ever cleaned it. Just stayed that way. I’m not use to staying in the ritz…and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. BEWARE. Also, booking.com gave me $26 back of my 350. Even though I called them to tell them the situation and sent pictures. Do not use this site!!!

Liked: I had a accident where I fell in the lobby the staff member MishagreatWas very helpful she called and checked on me?Very often.
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect.

Bad

Disliked: I stayed here 8 nights from Mar 2nd to Mar 10th in 2024. They charged 25 dollars per nights for security deposit which they charged 200 dollars total from me. And then they said it will get refund in 7 business days after checked out. But it's been almost one month now, they didn't refund me anything, I tried to connect them by online support, they provided a forntdesk email, but it was a wrong email address. I don't know who gonna take care about my 200 dollars.
