Disliked: Due to the construction gps had us going in a circle 3 times before finding the hotel!

Liked: The location is perfect and a great value for the ¸ Rating
Disliked: The front desk agent was so sweet. Unfortunately, she was the only one working on New Year's Eve night and the check in process too forever. There were at least 5 different people waiting in line. The 1 computer system froze on the guest ahead of me.

Very comfortable stay for Thanksgiving...

Liked: Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Clean fitness center. Many options for breakfast, including smoothies which was a nice touch. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I was not aware prior to arriving that there would be an incidental hold. It was released right away but that should have been communicated when i booked the reservation. Also on my last night there were some loud guests on my floor coming in and out of their rooms slamming their doors. I did not complain because it was my last night and was barely in the room for my thanksgiving trip, but it was annoying.

Liked: That staff is always so friendly and the location is perfect
