Disliked: Botha in room was very noisy , refrigerator cabinet was broke and leaning…..

Good

Liked: Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: If I’m being picky, it needs updating.

Passable

Liked: The staff did the best they could to accommodate my family and resolve any issues.
Disliked: The rooms were filthy, smelly, and I saw a tiny bug in one of the bathrooms. Years ago, we stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, it has not been properly maintained.

Convenient and free parking

Liked: It was convenient to Park n Fly. The breakfast was good and had good hours. Parking was free. Good for overnight stay.
Disliked: The staff could have been friendlier and more professional. The towels were thin.

Poor

Liked: The complimentary breakfast bar.
Disliked: Dirty sheets, broken light in bath room, cold water, remote controller didn't work, elevator went out, and tissue holder broken. Complained to manager Mike at check out, who was made aware immediately after checking in. He stated he would've given me some points if I was a Hilton rewards member for my inconvince, being that I wasn't he just apologized.
