Liked: Clean, updated. Easy access to parking deck directly to rooms through the elevator. Friendly staff, great breakfast and coffee.

Ok place

Liked: The beds were great, breakfast was fine and the location is amazing.
Disliked: Some attendants were great others not. The room was for people with hearing disability (don't know what it means but not what I paid for) and the bathroom was always making a hissing noise the whole day and night. Also the room wasn't cleaned during our stay.

Liked: The staff was very helpful when we had a problem with the rooms.
Disliked: We requested adjoining rooms when we booked the hotel about 6 weeks in advance. Not only were we not in adjoining rooms, were on two completely different floors, 4 and 7. They tried to move us into a room on the same floor, but the second room smelled very strongly of marijuana and we had to go back to the original configuration. The parking garage connected to the hotel was very small. If we hadn't had a handicapped tag, we would have had to park in a garage away from the hotel. There was also construction going on across the street from the hotel entrance, so it was difficult to pull in and unload bags without being in the way of other vehicles.
