Disliked: Was moving across the county. Most all my belongings were stolen from my truck in the parking lot. Probably $20,000 dollars worth of items plus much that can’t be replaced. Hotel didn’t even comp the room. Not much compassion.

Wouldn’t pick this hotel again.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Workout room was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Carpet was stained, furniture had chipping paint and worn spots. Ceiling and walls were dirty. Ice bucket was dirty. The bathroom door was very, very heavy to close. The only working ice maker was on the 4th floor and none of them had out of order signs on them. Staff was not friendly at all. The workers at the front desk had on hoodie and no name tags. Never smiled. The hot tub was closed from the City of Amarillo. Pool had mold on the ceiling and area around the pool had folding chairs as furniture. Floor around pool was broken and heavily stained and rusted.
