Liked: The room I reserved was not available for check-in at 3:30. It was going to be an hour. We were offered a standard room instead of the suite. Since I booked it online, I may not have a compensation in price.

Liked: The only thing that sucked was that the outside doors weren’t working with the digital room key so I had to have one of my kids stay at the door just to get back in. Oh and the tile in the bathroom was broken and the toilet felt sunken in.

Liked: The pool was filthy and most of the jets in the semi-hot tub didn't work. Pool was cold. Late check out was 12 instead of like most places where it is 1pm. No heat or exhaust fans in restrooms. $6.00 for a soda in vending machines (seriously?)
