The staff were amazing. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Disliked: doors are not soft closing so bang loudly if not careful. the use of plastic cutlery at breakfast with no attempt to recycle. the shuttledriver droppedme at the wrong hotel. the shuttle vehicle has a broken seat belt in the rear.

Disliked: When I was looking for a hotel one of my requests was indoor pool they have one but when I was checking in just then they let me know that the swimming pool was out of service it was late and I was tired from the driving and I asked for a discount because I didn't want to cancel and look for a hotel at the last minute my kids were really disappointed because they wanted to use the pool long story short next day at the check out I ask for a discount and they told me to call next morning to the manager to ask for a discount her answer was that I had the choice to cancel and It was nothing she can do about sorry for the swimming pool not working that was about it

Liked: We were pleased hotel shuttle van picked us up at car return and drive us to the hotel. (The car looked a bit beat up) Young driver was very pleasant. Hampton Inns are our go to hotels. Thank you.
