Disliked: I changed it from 2 night to 1 night and they raised my rate 60.00 and wouldn't honor the booked rate Not happy at all how it was handled The had told me 3 days prior that wold be same rate and no charges for canceled night

Liked: A majority of the staff were very hospitable. The staff in the continental we’re beyond exceptional.
Disliked: The front desk girl at check in did not know how to ad my 2 rooms together for payment so I have 2 existing charges one that was the full balance of both rooms and 1 that was separate for 278. The other 467. Very frustrating. One room was dirty and the heat register rattled all night.the front desk girl yelled at my special needs grandson for looking out the window. She also kept staring at my other grandkids that are very well behaved.
