Hampton Inn By Hilton St Louis At The Arch

It was definitely a great experience. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever seen. The staff was courteous and quickly responded to all of our requests. Overall, this was the best vacation I have ever been on.

Liked: Very friendly staff. We made a booking at another hotel nearby, which had closed without telling us; a last minute booking here and the staff were very helpful for us. Great view of the Arch. Convenient parking in the hotel

Liked: The rooms were great. Awesome view of the arch! Beds were comfortable! Nice location!
Disliked: The parking situation was very dicey! The first 2 floors were blocked off (fixing sprinkler system), so the first night we lucked out and there were a couple spots still open, but the second night coming back later after a game there were zero parking spots. When going to exit, we spotted an open space outside being blocked by the night security car. After a few moments, he did come move it so we could park. Seeing as we pay $30 for parking, it would be nice to have a guaranteed spot available!
