It was definitely a great experience. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever seen. The staff was courteous and quickly responded to all of our requests. Overall, this was the best vacation I have ever been on.

Will not be staying again

Disliked: The elevator was not functioning properly and would stop every 2 floors before you got to your floor. At one point, the door was open for several hours making it unusable and backing up the line to use the elevator. Also, the friends that stayed with us had a mini fridge in their room that was not clean. There was a sticky mess in it and they could barely get the door open to it. The rooms are not well lit. Also, there were other guests there that were running up and down the hallways in the middle of the night banging on other guests door. There was nothing done about this. The front entrance door was also broken. You should've been able to use your key card to get in, but you couldn't, so you had to wait for someone to see you to open the door.

Liked: The staff was nice; very personable; we were greeted each time we went out or came in. Good location, we were to walk to the arch. Common areas were nice!
Disliked: Our room, upon checking in, needed to be vacuumed, but I didn't say anything. For some reason, the door you had to push with strength to open it. In my opinion, it needs to be renovated. The pool's temperature was very warm; like a sauna, and there was an area blocked off that made the appearance look less appealing. I overlooked the sign in bathroom stating that rooms would be cleaned every other day. When I realized it; I called down in the late afternoon and asked for more towels, and if the room could be vacuumed; I was told most housekeeping employees were leaving, but they tried. I never received any follow-up, and if anything, I should have gotten towels; but I did not!

Disliked: Dirty room fridge. Pool was way too hot. Kids running in hallway and banging on doors in the middle of the night. Elevators took way too long.

Liked: Good location, walkable distance. Brekafast selection was good. I always wanted to try to biscuit and gravy, and it was there
Disliked: The room was close to the highway, so there was a bit of traffic noise.

Our stay was Excellent.

Liked: Parking was simple! Breakfast was phenomenal! Hotel location was great, the rooms was clean. EVERYTHING was clean. We had minimal contact with the staff but when we had contact, they were some of the friendliest people!
Disliked: The parking garage is very small and compact. If you have a large vehicle, youll have to park outside of the parking garage. The beds in the room was not very comfortable.
