Liked: Convenient to downtown. The free transportation to catch the trolley was a definite plus! The room was clean and very comfortable! Don’t have one complaint!!!

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, beds were comfortable & room was clean.
Disliked: Toilet seat was loose & sliding off, safe had no instructions for use- went to the front desk & told me how to do it. Tried to enter my personal pin leaving safe empty "just in case" & couldn't get back in to it. Had a continuous alarm for approximately 5 minutes so didn't use it. Bathroom lighted mirror wasn't working. And the big turn off was having to pay $20 per night to park in your parking lot after paying $276.36 for 2 nights. What a rip off.

Disliked: Neighborhood was a little sketchy to walk out of.

Excellent value for the price

Liked: Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and attractive dining room, pool and bedrooms. Close to Vilano Beach and Downtown historic St. Augustine, especially the Great Cross. Elevators were smartly configured so they didn't back-up. Comfortable beds and nice new furniture too.
Disliked: It was slightly outside of comfortable walking distance into downtown, particularly in storms and heat, and the bathroom door was unusually large for the size of the bathroom that made navigating a bit difficult.

Get away

Liked: I loved all the employees. They all looked professional in their uniforms. The place was wonderfully clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Paying for parking
