Booking.com virtual card issues
Liked: Nice place and clean and nice rooms and good breakfast! Great staff professional and helpful! The cleaning lady she was very nice when I asked to have my room cleaned and fresh clean bedding and towels she gladly and professionally replaced the stuff and cleaned my room for me to sleep and be in a nice clean room for the 2nd day and night.
Disliked: The reservation that I did through booking.com caused all sorts of issues, the virtual card the front desk got from booking.com kept declining and wouldn't process, and then I got charged double and even triple through the Hampton Inn on my credit card. I ended up paying for my stay through booking.com and directly to the property and ended up paying around $1000.00 dollars after everything was said and done. So I'm rather frustrated that I had a bad experience all because of booking.com and Hampton Inn having issues with the virtual card that booking.com sent to the property. I have yet to get my refund from double paying and paying the property and paying Booking.com. I couldn't even enjoy my stay because i had to constantly be heckled over something that wasn't even my fault. It was between the property and Booking.com! So I was rather frustrated over that.
