Disliked: The staff was run, the younger gentlemen with curly hair when j checked in on the 4th around 5pm was very rude and was laughing in my face when I was asking questions about my recite and deposit I wasn’t aware I needed to put as I had already paid for the room. I asked for a recite for the deposit as it was a business trip, and he said it would show zero. Even tho I had paid 50$ per room . Was very rude

Liked: The comfortable pillow topped beds and their pillows are super soft and plush. Plus, their Continental breakfast is a generous spread and they always have Coffee, Decaf, Hot Tea, Hot Coco.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about

Liked: Front desk staff.
Disliked: Both elevators went out of service at or before 5pm, day of arrival. No sense of urgency. Still out in the morning. I am a disabled Veteran, who doesn't do stairs very well. Was on third floor.
