Very comfortable hotel for us...
Liked: Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I did not like the parking situation. There was not even parking. I also did not like the breakfast hours. We needed to leave early to get on the road, I wish breakfast had started at 3.

Liked: clean room -
Disliked: Breakfast left a lot to be desired. No regular creamer for coffee during our 3 day stay. No waffles during the weekday stay. Toaster did not work, and there was only 1. Room only had 2 towels.

Liked: The breakfast was standard, the coffee mediocre but the decor and ambience were wonderful. Good linens, great water pressure, quiet rooms.
Disliked: It would be nice to have more wholesome food for breakfast, less preservatives, and have whole milk as an option.

Disliked: I almost never leave reviews, but this had to be sent. I am visiting here from out of town due to a traumatic loss in my family. I double checked to make sure that my room would be cleaned no less than four times. I went down to the front desk. I called twice and made sure to double check with them before we left. I was told as long as we were out of our room by noon my room would be cleaned. It is the third day in a row and they still have not cleaned it. I requested it multiple times and greatly needed thissmall service in my life. I know that it is not the fault of those who are cleaning, however, the fact that they assured me that this would be done and then did not do it, is very disappointing. Attimes like this, It's the small things that really make a difference. I really wish that they would have abided by what they promised to do.
