Family trip to salem

Liked: Helpful staff, good breakfast and great size room in the perfect location

Pleasant

Liked: The location was great! Breakfast was a hit and miss.
Disliked: Loud construction next door, very early loud trash and yard work outside. parking fees that was not told until we got there. $27 a night. Also there was a smell in the room. Shower doors kept sliding open while in the shower.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was great. Quick and easy to walk to all the activities we planned for out trip.

I would stay there again...

Liked: Very convenient location. The King Room was very spacious, good size TV, large shower. Lots of plug sockets in different parts of the room. Was given goody bag when checking in. Good facilities in the hotel. Good value for money.
Disliked: Shower drain was very noisy in my room each time I had a shower. No slippers or dressing gown in room. No safe in room.

Great stay for exploring downtown

Liked: Location was great right in heart of town and close to all Salem Witch related sites. Loved the amenities from covered parking, to very delicious hot breakfasts, open fitness center and pool to friendly staff. Appreciate the biz center and readily accessible hot coffee, teas and hot chocolate.
Disliked: The pool area is a bit slippery and recommend to have anti-slip mat or grippers to make it safer.

We loved it despite the...

Liked: Perfect location, breakfast area was awesome, digital keys were nice, parking was great. Staff was helpful and very quick to resolve issues! The pool was also nice.
Disliked: The room wasn’t super clean. We had to request new sheets and a vacuum and the microwave and fridge were dirty.
