Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Drapes were broken, refrigerator was not plugged in, no Kleenex. No microwave, no bottled water

Liked: Clean, great staff and great location

Unpleasant!

Liked: Not much, the young desk clerk did try her best to remedy the problems. E were also informed that the hotel does not offer rooms with tall toilets that many seniors would prefer.
Disliked: No toiletries in room, toilet seat was cracked & pinced me when I sat down, tub had drippy faucet, cinnamon muffin was hard as a rock. There was a sharp nail sticking out of top of chair in breakfast area that stuck me when I pulled out the chair. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. We were moved to a different room which was a hassle for us as we are both in our 70’s. Everything has to be packed up & moved to the different room. We will not stay here again!

Disappointing

Disliked: The pool was not working, you couldn’t call the desk because the phone didn’t work, staff was not helpful, breakfast was cold

Not a very good stay

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The lady that checked us in had no clue what she was doing. She checked us into a room that Someine was already staying in. The hot tub was closed and the breakfast was not good at all.

Liked: The gentleman who checked me in was amazing!
Disliked: I felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the highway. The road noise was very bad. Not a good night sleep aunt all.
