Staff was excellent. Room was...

Liked: The location, nice clean room. Very comfortable bed
Disliked: The security door was supposed to be locked but wasn't. Musty smell outside our door.

The front desk staff was...

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: The front desk staff was not helpful at all. We requested new sheets and pillow and were told there were new sheets on the bed and was given 1 pillow with no pillow case. Then our toilet wouldn’t flush, they told me maintenance wasn’t there and they were all booked for the night so we could use the bathroom that’s on the first floor.. I talked to a manager the next day and she said she would compensate my stay but I have to contact booking first. Booking contacted them and then they said they wouldn’t compensate it!
