Liked: Breakfast was nice, Breakfast staff was exceptional.
Disliked: Internet was spotty at best. Undependable, regardless of time of day. My guess that bandwidth is not up to the task. Had to find another option in town, kinda screwed up the trip. Bath/shower pretty slippery.

Liked: It was very quiet during the night and our view of the river was outstanding.
Disliked: We had a difficult time getting the wifi in our room ( no problem in the lobby) to work and the front desk could not resolve the problem. We ended up just giving up.

Comfortable hotel with an excellent...

Liked: The view of the Columbia River and Pasco was spectacular.
Disliked: The property was next to a crowded park so it was busy and noisy. Additionally, I didn’t think staff was very friendly and often too busy talking with each other. Simple hello would have been more welcoming. For the price of the hotel, I expected better trained and friendly staff.

The surrounding park area is...

Liked: The room was great. The property is located along the river with a wonderful (giant) park with walking trails along the river. It was very clean and inviting. Lots of couples and families out and about. I saw folks swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, etc. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Wifi worked great.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was a bit dim and I could hear dogs barking from time to time in the next room. Also, it's a bit confusing getting to the hotel the first time.
