Liked: Good selection of foods we got down to breakfast about 1/2hour before the breakfast was closed , the ladies asked if we were finished before they closed. Nice room.
Disliked: At check in there was a problem putting in incidental charge to computer. The desk person said that they had started new software that day and he was having problems anything entered .. We had to put in my card 4times to get it to go, seems like some training or complete your updates before rolling it out. I asked when we checked out for a paper receipt we did book through a 3rd party so no receipt. I understand the booking notbeing able to get a receipt but why not the incidental charges being serious out?

Great hotel experience if you are in the area.

Liked: The breakfast selections were better than expected, especially the hot foods. Great check-in experience and welcome amenities.
Disliked: It was more than $300 for one night, which was exceedingly expensive for this level of hotel. The occupancy must have been very high in the area for a special event. We had no choice so we had to pay the high price.
