This staff could teach a...

Liked: Property was super clean and had a great vibe.Right from the start with front desk Kathy, Ina and Nancy.We have traveled the country and stayed many nights at Hampton and this property was the best .The rooms were so amazing and spotless from top to bottom. This staff sets a high standard for all hotels across the country. I rarely write reviews but I actually could not wait to share this. Smiles all around this place!!Hats off Potsdam Hampton this staff sets the bar for success!!!

Liked: Asked if we wanted the housekeeping come even though we came for 2 nights.
Disliked: We could not pay in cash. Also, the card readers that you use upon checking in did not read my cards and they had to be put in manually.
