Clean, Economical Stay in Pittsburgh

Liked: Despite renovations going on, I never heard any noise and all of the mess was kept to the side out of the way.
Disliked: The carpets definitely needed to be cleaned.

Liked: The room was fine but overated for the price
Disliked: Breakfast was poor for the price and the facilities are undergoing heavy renovation

Liked: Organized, clean, convenient location, WiFi, breakfast, refrigerator and microwave and quiet.
Disliked: The check-in receptionist was unfriendly. The pool was not open.

Disliked: This hotel chain is excellent. However, I did notice (especially since some people can't hide their feelings) that the first lady who assisted me was extremely cheerful—until she realized that I am not a native Anglophone, but from Quebec. Perhaps this is due to the aversion that many Americans are developing toward immigrants… I am Canadian, and I am not an illegal immigrant.The second lady at the reception was much more pleasant, as were the staff who attended me afterward. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

Liked: Quality of breakfast was ok for buffet style. Staff were very freindly. Easy to check in and out.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Friendly staff, very comfortable bed. Free breakfast.
Disliked: 4th time here and every time there were minor issues with the room. This time the light and air vent in the bathroom didn't work. And one wall had obvious water damage and the paint was chipping off.
