Overall a great stay. Hampton...

Liked: I didn’t have breakfast
Disliked: Room was kind of warm and air conditioning wouldn’t go below 72. It wasn’t enough to ruin the stay, but it did get a little warm at times

Nice place to stay outside...

Liked: Very close to where we needed to be. Outback restaurant next door which was good as it was snowing .
Disliked: Additional charge put on our card that was eventually refunded

Liked: Nothing. Had a very bad experience.
Disliked: I booked 2 queen beds, rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids, by paying extra maount. But I got a king bed with couch. Couch is not at all an option to sleep. We had a very uncomfortable sleep throughout out the night for 4 people on same bed , moreover king bed is not a bigger one.Someone knocked the door at the mid of night around 12.30.Overall we had very bad experience.Receptionist kept on saying as I booked through third party like booking.com I did not get the room that I opted for then what is the use of paying extra amount to get 2 queen beds room ?

Overall, Hampton Inn is excellent....

Liked: I have stayed in this Hampton Inn before. Generally it is excellent. I generally pick Hampton Inn during my personal and business travels.
Disliked: This time there were few issues. The breakfast was not well organized (some broken waffle maker, slow replenishment of breakfast items). Probably because there were lots of guests. The toilet in the guest room was not flushing properly.
