Liked: Staff was was good and attentive.
Disliked: The hotel is dated and systems need updating. There was a bunch kids in the lobby attending a driver event bothering customers, including myself and my kids, and they were left to their own devices. Parents weren't there to manage them and hotel didn't address the issue and condone the behavior. I'm there to have a restful stay not deal with bratty disrespectful kids.

Liked: Very clean. The breakfast was also very good. Staff were polite and very helpful. It was so close to the hospital. If it wasn't for the rain I would have walked back and forth.
Disliked: The bed was a little stiff for me but I also like a soft bed. So to each their own. But all in all I would stay again.

Liked: Bed super comfortable, pillows, sheets, towels of super quality! Staff was lovely and helpful. Location was close to many fast-food restaurants.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but not great and I missed having a restaurant on location, even more when most of the restaurants on a walking distance were fast food and take out only. It was nearly impossible to find something of quality

Over night for concert

Liked: Great location for the event we attended.
Disliked: No alarm clock in the room.

Decent, affordable stay

Liked: In my case since I was traveling for my daughter's graduation, the location was perfect.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better
