Hampton Inn By Hilton Philadelphia/Willow Grove

My cab was half an hour early then left due to error of the manager on duty. Will not go back. Was late for my show.

Liked: Did get a wake up call on time, but that's all that went right.
Disliked: It was a dirty room; the shower had soap still on it; dusty and was not up to par.

Disliked: My room wasn’t cleaned or bed made until I had to ask about 4 in afternoon. When I asked the male housekeeper he deliberately ignored me. I complained to the supervisor who immediately cleaned the room.

Liked: Clean rooms, comfortable bed, welcome bag with two waters and Oreos, good breakfast better than others with eggs, juice, selfmade waffles, home fries, sausage , coffee tea. The price considering breakfast included is more than a fair price for a room on a Friday night. Refrigerator, microwave, tea coffee in room. Shower water was hot. Really no complaints. The gentleman at the front desk was professional. Would definitely stay again. Joe

Liked: Updated rooms and showering bathing. Everything at fingertips. Check in was so easy key cards don’t require anything except a tapCheck out took 10 seconds. Breakfast was good with options. Very pleased.
Disliked: Nothing. We just had a huge crack in our sink but he rest of bathroom was updated.
