Pleasant

Disliked: I expected more. There is such a thing as experience. It consists of many little things, starting with the ease of check-in, the comfort of the stay itself, the responsiveness of the staff, etc. Something is wrong with this hotel. It’s not that bad, but it didn’t suit us personally.I would especially like to note the feeling of fear and unsafety on the streets near the hotel, but this is probably typical for the entire city of Philadelphia.

Disliked: Asked for extra towels and didn’t receive them for over 24 hours and had to be asked twice.

Perfect location

Liked: The location of this hotel is perfect. We were within walking distance of all the major historical sights. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Parking...but it is a big city. Expect to pay for parking.

Location and room were great,...

Liked: The location was amazing and the room itself was perfect for what we needed.
Disliked: The valet situation was a mess. They told us we needed to use the valet, and then half the time that we needed the service, there was nobody in site. One of the times we just needed to get something out of the car and they brought the car to us and made me drive back around to the back of the line to get it re-parked instead of just letting us go to the car. Additionally, our tv did not work the entire second day and they tried to send up maintenance at 11pm after we were in bed. We also tried to eat in the attached restaurant and were completely ignored for 20 minutes (after telling the bartender that we were there to eat) before we just went somewhere else.
