Disliked: Apparently protocol does not include ensuring the alarm clocks in the room do not go off unless the guest intentionally sets it. We were rudely awaken by the alarm at an extremely early hour when our intent was to get some much needed rest. Really ruined the trip and the purpose of renting a room

Disliked: Room was small, bathroom counter was too small, no bathtub, not enough towels

Liked: The entire stay was very pleasant. The parking situation will be alleviated when the main parking lot is finished.
Disliked: Our bed was a bit lumpy and it made an odd noise when turning over. It sounded like the mattress didn?t fit the frame.

Liked: The hotel was once an old silk factory. The hotel honored the architecture with expansive ceilings, tall windows and exposed brick. Our room was a generous size with blackout shades, very comfortable king size bed and a split air/heating system that worked beautifully. Our room was very clean. The hotel serves a free breakfast that was served buffet style. It ranged from cheese omelets, sausage, muffins, bagels hot and cold cereal and more. The dining area was clean and inviting.
Disliked: The hotel is right on a busy road. You could hear the traffic in our room however, we weren?t bothered by the noise but it might bother some who are sensitive to the noise. If so, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. The bathroom was small and spotless with a bright light, perfect for putting on makeup but there was very limited counter space.
