Disliked: no room service , had to ask for towels and then wait til 5pm to get them because they weren't done with laundry and the sheets and bedding was dirty

Disliked: Room wasn't that clean. Tv was only cable no way to stream movies. Fridge made noises.

Liked: Hotel employees were very accommodating and so sweet. Very professional and the utmost customer service. Hotel employee even wrote me a birthday card she sent up with my husband and I have kept it as it was the only one I received after days of traveling.
