Okay stay.

Liked: Staff were helpful in providing a better room the 2nd night.
Disliked: 1st room we were given was in a really poor location near the lobby and next to public restrooms which we could hear constant flushing, and the view was non existent, looked right into the lobby. We requested another room the 2nd night and got a.much better one on the 6th floor. Thr first night, there were many disruptive and impolite guests at the hotel blaring music and talking loudly in the hallway at 3am! Couldn't sleep. I had to call the front desk. Someone was pounding on a door, presumably to make the person blaring the music stop. Just ridiculous and unpleasant overall. The next morning a rude guest knocked on our door to ask In rude way if we had a rollaway bed and when I said no she just looked at me like she was waiting for me to give more details.

Liked: the room was great. clean and the beds were very comfy
Disliked: we went to have breakfast at 9:30 and ALL the hot food was gone. there were quite a few people that had just gotten there and NO staff to speak to except the woman at the desk and she just said I'm sure they'll replenish??? after waiting a little bit we left and had to find somewhere to eat. we are disappointed.
