Disappointed in condition of the...

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Water stains on chair in the room. Uneven paint on walls. Tub finish very worn, needs replaced. Caulk around base of toilet could have been done by a preschooler. Pilllows were stained under the pillow cases. Mattress covers stained as well.

Liked: The continental breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful!
Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights and nobody ever cleaned our room or offered clean towels. The dryer was broken and we were charged $5 to use the industrial dryer on site as an alternative.

Run down

Liked: The staff was good. They helped as much as they could. They just couldn't overcome how run down everything was.
Disliked: The first room was damp, dirty, and had bugs. The second room seemed better but was still not truly clean. (I even found food behind one of the side tables that had been there a while.) They say renovations are coming soon. It is ashamed, the hotel isn't even 20 years old and was much better than most accommodations in town.

It was better than expected...

Liked: I thought the breakfast provided a variety of choices. The room linens and bathroom were clean, and the linens and bath towels were clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The staff was kind and courteous. The hotel had a health rating of 91, I believe and the kitchen area had one of 95 or 96, which were a huge plus for me.
Disliked: There were some marks on the wall, marks on the mirror frame, the curtain wouldn't close, the sink stopper would not come up, so the water would pool and then, drain out slowly.
