A good restful stay at...

Liked: It was easy to get to the hotel from JFK airport. The hotel shuttle was from Terminal Two. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had an evening meal in the downstairs bar which was good.
Disliked: When I booked I thought that we would be able to walk out into the neighbourhood to find somewhere to eat but this wasn't the case. It was a residential area but with a limited number of eating places. We then discovered that we could eat in the small bar area in the hotel which was good. I think I would have liked the information about the hotel to include something about the hotel bar.

In respectable stuff

Liked: They canceled my booking for no reason I didn’t cancel myself from booking refuse to accommodate me coming from 18 hour flight They didn’t respond to my emails or booking emails several emails. Verbally said to booking we will correct the mistake and don’t worry we will accommodate you for the same price but they denied everything thing at check in

plesantly memorable stay

Liked: breakfast offered a decent variety in unlimited portions airport suttle was timely both to and from the airport - very pleasant drivers either way will readily recommend this facilty and lodge again !
Disliked: a little more sitting space at the breakfast area would have been great

Got into JFK late and...

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: Hair dryer didn't work. Rug was sketchy in terms of cleanliness. Weird cleaner smell or in the air conditioning - sickly sweet smell. No tissues in tissue box. No drinking glasses/cups in room.
