Parking ruined the whole thing.

Disliked: The parking is apparently done by reservation- which nobody told us so we could not park our rental car. We were told to find parking in the street- which I did at 2 AM

Necessary,not what I would choose...

Liked: I thought shuttle was available but was told it wasn’t- only to a train. Hotel was very run down. It was the roughest stay I have ever had at a Hampton inn. Felt dirty and worn.
Disliked: Cleanliness worn mattress sheet blanket rug. Ugk

Good option if you need...

Liked: Good value for the area. The free airport shuttle is a huge benefit--it can save $50-60 on taxi costs to and from the airport. Picks up and drops you right off along the Air Train, so you miss huge amounts of traffic in and out of the airport and you can take the free Air Train to your terminal in just a few minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fine, comfortable bed.
Disliked: The hotel is kind of old and needs some TLC. For example, some of the elevator floor lights were burned out and not replaced and I had to slam my room door to get it to close properly. The parking lot is badly overcrowded so it's difficult for couriers or taxis to get to you.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room smelled really bad. The drain in the shower was clogged. There was no conditioner in the bottle on the wall. The hairdryer didn’t work. A wall in the room looked wet, and somewhat moldy. And the “free wifi” was terrible. The only thing you get is being close to the airport.

Liked: There was no running water in the rooms, we had 4 rooms, they moved two of our rooms but two rooms were left with no running water.
