Too much expensive! And a...

Liked: Nothing. Maybe just the distance from the JFK airport. And the room had a good size.
Disliked: I found the charged rate absurdly expensive for the quality of the hotel. I know that everything in NY is very pricey, but this hotel doesn't justify the cost. The reception is quite basic, and the service was somewhat impatient. The hotel restaurant is more like a bar with few quality items. The room is extremely old. There was a door that seemed to provide access to another room, which I found very strange. Despite being large, it was dated and had an old-fashioned look. I have definitely stayed in much better hotels for less money. Not to mention the location, which is only convenient for those needing quick access to the airport because there is absolutely nothing to do nearby. And visiting NY City is impractical. It was a very bad experience. They also require a $50 deposit even if you pay for the room upon check-in. I found this unnecessary, and this information wasn't clear to me on the booking website.

Exactly what I needed.

Liked: Shuttle efficient, staff responsive, nice bar with good menu, great location.
Disliked: Probably need at least one larger shuttle. Several disgruntled people because they couldn’t make the run as no room. And for busy times driver needs an assistant.

It was fair

Liked: Hotel is near to airport and shuttle is very convnient .
Disliked: Reception Staff is very rude, moreover not helpful at all.Tissues are off bad quality .There is no room service.I had standard iphone charger i requested staff if they can provide me plug or USB cable but all they had solution for me is to go out and buy a new charger .
