Ok for those who want...

Liked: Near the airport and had shuttle. They also have late checkout leaving the hotel at 3pm
Disliked: We had many problems with the room key that wasn’t working and we had to move to another room. The breakfast could be better

Location to jfk good. Basic...

Liked: Location. Facilities basic but good.Staff helpful. Hotel shuttle bus prompt. We went next door to the Marriott as the drinks of a similar quality were much cheaper than Hampton inn
Disliked: Expensive bar and food. Absolutely no atmosphere in bar compared to the Marriott. Decor there clinical

basic but did what it...

Liked: shuttle was a great addition but it wasn't clear how we actually got it - it was only because a friend stayed a few days earlier than us and told us what to do
Disliked: communication could have been clearer about the shuttle and the 5am shuttle the next day was full although we got to reception at 4.50am as advised.we had to take a taxi or we would have been touch and go on our flight so if you are that busy I would suggest more than 2 shuttles an hour
