Very comfortable environment; very clean and friendly.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable, and there were lots of amenities available like a pool and exercise room. It was great to have a refrigerator, microwave, as well as coffee maker in the room. The staff was friendly and communicative.

Liked: The hotel was in a good location and our room was very clean; very new looking and a pleasant modern style.
Disliked: The rooms were somewhat small and there are no double queen rooms available, only king beds.

Disliked: They advertise the pool, but pool is no longer in use, the dining area needs dusted and curtains fixed, the rooms need updated and we had toove rooms because fridge didn't work.

Disliked: building looks very tired and needs renovation. Very poor advert for the Hampton brand. Swimming pool was closed, breakfast was very limited, using one-off disposable paper/plastic utensils and plates which is not eco-friendly. Prices were extremely expensive for the offering.
