Nice room, good location, but...

Liked: The room was good.
Disliked: Gym equipment broken, treadmill and eliptical out of order. I was traveling with an athlete who needed both. Breakfast was not good. Person overseeing the breakfast was beyond bad. I am sure she is nice, but not good for that position.

Could’ve been better

Liked: I liked the staff, the man who was at the pool was very polite. I believe his name started with an M.
Disliked: There was a dirty, used soap bar that was left in the shower. The bed sheets had things all over it. Was not so clean.

Disliked: staff never said hello/goodbye or any acknowledgement of your existence. Even when checking in, it was not a friendly interaction. They were robots doing the bare minimum. Sheets were not changed and there was fresh blood on them from another person
