Liked: Based on the reviews I was expecting it to be updated. However it was far from it. The carpets are very old & I didn’t even feel comfortable walking barefoot on them. The whole hotel needs updating

Disliked: Check in experience was not the very best. When I booked my stay I put in the notes that I was gonna have a late check in , given that I was driving 4 hours away from where the hotel was, so I’m not sure if the front desk lady was tired and needed to go home or if that was just he personality. I have been in many many hotels and not to mention I used to work for one so I know how the check in process works, she did not ask for my ID to verify that it was me or that the card matched my ID. At every hotel I’ve stayed they have disclosed the amount for the security deposit , I needed to use a different card for the deposit to which she failed to mention how much it was, I had to ask. Normally they write the WiFi password in a paper , she failed to do so instead she said it to me as if I was the one that needed to write it down to remember it. The tvs have restrictions, meaning they don’t allow you to use an HDMI cable ( never had this issue in other hotels) and there’s no laundry room? What kind of hotel doesn’t have a washer and dryer?? Definitely not kids friendly hotel. This is more of an emergency 1 night kind of hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that’s traveling with kids
