Liked: Clean rooms. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids to blow off steam. The pool area was clean and nice and warm inside. The pool was not the warmest but the kids were happy!
Disliked: We used a digital entry and our text said Room 135 but when we pulled up the digital key it said Room 133 and only opened 133. When we checked out the front desk staff were really surprised, apparently there was something wrong with the room but honestly, we didn't know anything accept a slow toilet flush.The beds were really springy and not so comfortable for us adults. (Perhaps this is what was wrong with the room?)The breakfast was sort of messy. There were several robotics team in town which contributed to the mess but after they had left for the event the breakfast area was not cleaned up or replenished. However, I must note that when we asked for more items the staff was happy to help.I would say the cost was more than what it should be compared to the quality of the stay.

Liked: Always enjoy the breakfast and the dining area. So pleasant and clean.Checked in about 4pm. Desk gentleman friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Location was next to a nice shopping center with variety of stores.

Liked: Staff great! Room was terrible,no heat the first night,they had to replace the unit twice extremely inconvenient! Just made a mess! The first room had a dead bug in it as well as something on the sheet had them exchange room, then the problem began! Never again!
