Disliked: The coffee is TERRIBLE!

Liked: The staff were pleasant and courteous. They had to work with what they had.
Disliked: There was a storm passing by at the time I stay here with my family. I rented 3 rooms. the power went out and it lasted for the duration of our stay. I was surprised the hotel did not have a back up generator. it wasn't the hotels fault the power went out, but I believe the hotel could of been much better prepared by having back up power to keep the guest comfortable. It was getting cool in the rooms, couldn't charge our devices, couldn't have a shower(s). I have back up power at my home, this is essential. There's no reason a hotel can't equip their properties with back up power. The hotel should have offered me a partial refund.

Disliked: My fridge must have been turned up and frozen all my food.
