Excellent.

Liked: Staff pleasant and welcoming. Ready to fix any issues you may have.
Disliked: At first the room disappointed me. It was too dark. They don't have a refrigerator, microwave, laundry as the other Hamptons that I stayed in. I understand they are going through renovation.

Not as good, or affordable,...

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Did not get room service every day. For $150 a day I would think you could get more than 2 days out of 5. They said they would come a third but did not show up. And GOOGLE MAPS has the wrong address for the office. Apple maps has it correct.

Good location and facilities for...

Liked: Location was good and in close proximity to shopping mall. Swimming pool was a bonus for the kids.
Disliked: Breakfast area got very busy so getting there early is advisable.

Disliked: The room could be cleaner. It had a ball of hair right in front of the entrance when we arrived.

Exceptional

Amazing Location and Good Breakfast

Liked: Breakfast was good, is not the most varied one but it was more than regular continental breakfast. The room was extra clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great if you have any business in Coral Gables or the University of Miami. They even provided a blanket for the crib. They had hot chocolate and coffee the whole day, the temperature is controllable from the room.
Disliked: Everything was good.

Look forward to returning.

Liked: A great value for Miami. We were there to show at Tropical Park and the location was 10 minutes away and close to Kendall Mall for shopping. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was clean, modern and spacious.
Disliked: Parking spaces were tight and the lot tuff to negotiate in a truck.
