Liked: Staff pleasant and welcoming. Ready to fix any issues you may have.
Disliked: At first the room disappointed me. It was too dark. They don't have a refrigerator, microwave, laundry as the other Hamptons that I stayed in. I understand they are going through renovation.

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: It took me 30 mins to checkin, because 3 rooms. The hotel was trying to charge a different amount than what my reservation said. I was told that it?s not there problem, because of a rate change. After 20 minutes of her looking at my reservation/ confirmation trying to find something wrong. ANOTHER MANAGER CAME OUT, and looked at my confirmation and honor the prices . 437.99 and not 496.44. THIS WAS REAL FRUSTRATING AND TO BE LIED TO SAYING THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR 20 MINS AND THEM NOT ALLOWING MY FAMILY TO CHECK INTO ANY OF OUR ROOMS. THEY ASKED ME TO CALL BOOKING AND HAVE IT STRAIGHTENED IT OUT.. It was not there fault of a rate change..

Good value and comfy rooms
Disliked: Arrived late and staff was elsewhere and had to wait about 15 min to check in. Otherwise, all great.

Liked: Room and bathroom spacious. Great that the hotel mini bus will drop you anywhere for free within a 2 mile radius
Disliked: Hotel communication should have been better. No reply to my email queries about the airport shuttle collection. Had to enlist booking.com for assistance which was call when we land and where the meeting point was. When we called hotel advised shuttle would be another hour. Not great when you?ve just got off a 9 hour flight. They did offer to pay for a taxi for us if we got a receipt which we did and they repaid without any problems.
