Liked: It was close to the beach
Disliked: It was very old. It needs to be remodeled. They only have parking available for small cars. Otherwise you have to be parked two blocks away. Traffic is terrible.

Liked: Good location on the beach and also convenient to get to the airport.Staff at reception very helpful.Valet parking.

Liked: Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great location, very close to the beach.
Disliked: The gym was closed due to a flood and we weren’t notified ahead of time which was too bad.

Disliked: The pool was dirty, didn’t serve no type of meat for breakfast

Exceptional

Liked: Clean. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Pizza restaurant on site. Easy 2 to 3 minutes walk to beach. Loaner beach chairs.
Disliked: The pool water was very cold.

Avoid

Liked: Free bottles of water and beach towels, minutes to the beach
Disliked: Extremely overpriced like the rest of Miami. Very run down. Disgusting breakfast on paper plates and plastic cutlery. Rooms tiny and old. Gym closed, pool disgusting.
