I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. We attended the St. Jude Classic Golf Tournament and hotel was conveniently located near this site as well as to really good shopping areas.

Liked: Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Disliked: No refrigerator or microwave. Really prefer queen size beds instead of double.

Large rooms, reasonable price but...

Liked: The room was quite large and seemed reasonably well maintained. The breakfast was typical hotel food {cereal, waffle maker, etc.} so we went out for breakfast. Parking lot monitored in the evening which was good but also concerning in that it was necessary.
Disliked: Did not like the extra $100 charge for incidentals which is added upon check-in as this was not communicated up front. it was refunded promptly after we checked out {within 2 days}.

Liked: Location. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. but the hotel was quiet.

Liked: The room was clean, and the assistant manager on duty was amazing..
Disliked: The halls needed a good vacuum and room could not accommodate the amount of people it showed on site

Liked: Night Time Front Desk Associate was most kind, accommodating and encouraging. She was a middle aged, black woman.

Liked: The proximity to where I needed to be. It was a very clean hotel with an extraordinarily friendly staff.
Disliked: Our backs didn't fare well against the mattress. But to be fair, our backs are used to a Tempur-Pedic.

Liked: The staff was helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The overall facility was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate and pleasant atmosphere. We did not use or inspect the pool area.
Disliked: The hotel experience overall was above average and pleasant. The printer was not working during checkout.
