For such an expensive hotel...
Liked: The location. Close to restaurants and shopping. I use to live in Collierville. Close and easy to visit friends & old neighbors. Loved the freezer box in the top of the fridge. Coffee, snack & water stations in the common lobby area is great! Breakfast was great! Especially loved the cinnamon flavored waffles. I liked receiving the text messages after checking in and during my hotel stay. After I checked in, I did receive a detailed helpful response to my question regarding heating & air conditioning. I appreciated that! On day 2 of my stay, I did not receive a response to the text message asking me how my stay was going. I believe I was only suppose to answer with a number ranking. My stay was not over & I did have requests. Because I was busy during my short stay, I made my requests via text and did not receive an answer. When I returned to the hotel at night, after a long & tiring day, I made me requests in person at the front desk. I needed another role of toilet paper and also asked for one more bath & hand towel. Would this also be a nice improvement for your guests? Could they have their requests accommodated via text during the day and return to their room with their needs already met?
Disliked: I stayed in room 330. Furniture outdated with some wear & tear. The TV & Refrigerator stand/console is damaged on the bottom right corner. Bed sheets & bath towels felt rough. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Hair on bath & hand towels. Grout in bathroom has a few small areas w mold. Water stain in shower/tub area. Hair dryer was sticky. Why don’t you have a Keurig coffee machine in each of the rooms? I believe there is a mini Keurig now that might work perfectly for this. Keep the coffee bar in the common lobby area. I assume this is fresh brewed. Coffee tastes great! Love that you have flavored creamers! Allow guests to make their own favorite coffee in their rooms using a Keurig machine. Guests can use the complimentary bottled water to make coffee using the Keurig machine. Need more comfortable / substantial firmer pillows. Need twice the heaviness/thickness of the bed comforter. Softer (still thick) bath, hand & wash cloth towels would be a big improvement. Softer sheets & a heavier comforter/bed spread would also be a nice improvement. Closet & closet door needs to be redesigned so the closet door does not open outward. Room needs to be larger and more spacious. Privacy sheer window blind is a thoughtful touch but needs to be cleaned. For $300 a night for 1 person (1 adult), the rooms need to be more spacious. The furniture and design needs to be updated and brought up to current, fresh and brighter styles. Room seemed dark. I thought this was an expensive hotel stay and expected a more elevated stay.

Location was good.
Liked: The staff was great and friendly.
Disliked: The beds are not what Hampton used to have in their rooms. I had trouble sleeping on the mattress. I will probably get a different hotel next time.
